MYSTERY BINGO PLAYER SCOOPS £50K JACKPOT WIN AT MECCA BINGO!
Monday 22nd September, 2025: A mystery bingo player has won an amazing £50,000 at Mecca Bingo in Dagenham this month.
The lucky winner scooped the jackpot on Sunday 7th September playing on the National Bingo Game. The winner, who wishes to remain anonymous, is known to be a regular customer at the venue on Dagenham Leisure Park and couldn’t wait to get on the phone to tell her family about her win. The fabulous £50k jackpot is triggered when a player matches all the numbers on their ticket and claims a ‘full house’ within the first 16 numbers being called.
Michelle Howes was calling the numbers on the night, and explained what happened; “It was a busy night with over 300 people playing. We’d had an incorrect claim, with a customer mistakenly shouting ‘house’ on 14 numbers, so we were already on edge, and then I called one more number and I saw the winning claim come in! The customer looked so shocked and everyone was applauding. When I went over to congratulate her, she was already on the phone to her family to share the good news.
“I’ve worked here for 17 years but I only started calling last year and this is the biggest jackpot prize that I’ve announced. It’s such an amazing feeling when you tell someone that they’ve won a big amount. When you see their reaction, it feels like Christmas! The £50k National Bingo Game jackpot is a real cause for celebration!”
